Owner session of 4–5 October 2026: archived bundle

Temporary planning record. This folder keeps, byte for byte, the bundle Chris's owner session handed to the integrated-planning session on 5 October 2026. The current consolidation supersedes the session's earlier conflicting recommendations; the other files keep the chronology, examples, original recommendations and changes of mind. How the decisions were integrated into this package is in the owner-session integration. Feature implementation remains on hold: nothing in this bundle authorises implementation, migration, production activation, notification delivery or closing unrelated PRs.

Why the files end in .txt

The repository's docs validator and markdown hooks rewrite or reject Markdown files without front matter, and Git normalises line endings. To keep every byte unchanged, Markdown and Python files are stored with an added .txt suffix, and this folder's .gitattributes turns line-ending normalisation off. The contents are identical to the originals; the checksums below prove it.

Source paths are relative to /home/chris/workspace/syrf/handover/owner-session-2026-10-05/ on Juniper. Checksums are SHA-256 of the original bytes, which these copies keep.
